QuickQuiz is a trivia game published by Cedarwave Labs. This policy explains how the app handles information. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions.

Quiz progress stays on your device

Your selections, saved question snapshots, results, streak dates, statistics, recently used question IDs and preferences are saved in Android app storage. QuickQuiz has no account system, app backend or cloud synchronization. We do not receive your quiz answers or progress. Android automatic backup is disabled.

The app retains daily results and the latest 30 Quick Play results, along with lifetime statistics. Progress stays on your device until you clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall it. Those actions remove the locally saved information.

Advertising

QuickQuiz uses Google AdMob for banner and interstitial advertisements and optional rewarded hint ads. Google's advertising SDK may process device and advertising identifiers, network information including an IP address and approximate location, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information. These services support advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Google encrypts SDK data in transit.

Google's handling of this information is described in its Privacy Policy and Mobile Ads data disclosure. Advertising partners and available ads may vary by region and your privacy choices.

Your advertising choices

QuickQuiz uses Google's User Messaging Platform to check privacy requirements and show applicable consent messages. You can revisit choices through Settings → Advertising privacy options where that entry point is required. Android settings also provide advertising ID controls. Gameplay continues when ads are unavailable or requests are not permitted. No ad is required to complete a quiz.

Analytics and sharing

Version 1.0 does not use a separate first-party analytics or crash-reporting service. Google advertising services may still process interaction and diagnostic information as described above.

Sharing a result is your choice. QuickQuiz opens the Android share sheet with your score and streak, without the quiz answers. The app you select receives that text and handles it under its own policies. Support email and external privacy links open other services, whose policies also apply.

Audience

QuickQuiz is designed for teen and adult trivia enthusiasts and is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support enquiry, contact us so we can address it.

Privacy enquiries

You can contact [email protected] to ask about information you have provided to us, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. We do not hold your locally saved quiz progress. For information handled by Google, its privacy resources describe available controls and requests. We may retain support correspondence as needed to respond to your enquiry.

Changes

We will update this page and its effective date when the app's data practices change. The policy will be reviewed before adding accounts, cloud sync or a new analytics service.
